Terms and Conditions MSK8 — Malaysia Betting Platform Usage Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the msk8 platform, including the website, mobile app, games, sports betting, online casino, and all related services provided by msk8.

By accessing, registering, or using the msk8 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and all additional guidelines we may issue from time to time.

These Terms take effect as soon as you complete the account registration process at msk8. If you are registering on behalf of any entity or company, you hereby represent that you have full authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity.

To be eligible to register and use msk8 services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the msk8 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or banking details — are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, active email address, and valid mobile number. False or inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended and winnings forfeited.

• Your account password is entirely your responsibility. Use a strong combination and never share it with anyone.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security — this feature is available in your account settings.
• Report immediately to the support team if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Msk8 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be cancelled, except under technical circumstances recognised by msk8.
• In the event of a dispute regarding betting outcomes, msk8's system records will serve as the final reference.
• Msk8 reserves the right to void bets if there is evidence of fraud, use of automation software (bots), or system manipulation.
• For sports betting, any postponed or prematurely ended match will be handled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to the sport in question.
• Odds and betting limits are subject to change at any time depending on market conditions and msk8's risk policy.

All games at msk8 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by independent auditors to ensure genuine fairness and randomness in every game outcome.

Msk8 members are required to conduct themselves with respect and responsibility while using the platform. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action:

• Use of offensive language, threats, or harassment towards other members or msk8 staff through any platform communication channel.
• Any attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt msk8 platform operations in any way.
• Use of automation software, bots, or any unauthorised third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to cheat or manipulate game outcomes.
• Spreading false or misleading information about msk8 on or off this platform.
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or compromises the integrity of the platform.

Msk8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time if there is a breach of these Terms or for the following reasons:

• Confirmation that the member does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Violation of any wagering rules or unacceptable conduct as outlined in Sections 7 and 8.
• At the member's own request for voluntary closure or self-exclusion.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team. In the case of voluntary closure, any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to applicable conditions. If closure is due to a breach of terms, msk8 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and winnings associated with the violating activity.
